Not at all. In fact, there is an advantage in going to an independent shop. A warranty obligates the dealer/manufacturer to fix customer-requested repairs only, not additional problems that may be found. An independent shop will point out those problems before your warranty expires and you have to pay for it out of pocket.
Every technician at Exclusive Motors has more than 15 years of experience. Our expertise is in engine and body repair, and our managers are technicians as well. Most of us have had special training in Europe, or have earned multiple certifications in the USA. And our body repair team includes some of the best craftsmen/technicians in Los Angeles.
We welcome you to call us over the phone or drive in to get an estimate for repairs, then you can do the comparison yourself. But remember, price alone can be an unreliable determining factor because you must also consider the quality of the craftsmanship, the newness and brand of the parts used on your car, and whether what you are asking for is really what your car needs.
Although we are closed on Sunday and after 6:00pm on other days, we often receive emergency calls and can respond quickly, any time. This is not an answering service company — you will talk to one of us. Our phone transfers to our cell phones after a certain number of rings, so do not hang up if we don’t answer immediately. We are always eager to help and we make ourselves available when you need us.
